With her delicate pencil drawn lines and patches of watercolour and ink Esra Røises illustrations are distinguished by their elegance, playfulness and romanticism – yet with an imperfect quirk and tone of darkerness.
Her feminine, yet edgy stile has caught the eye of international fashion brands and magazines as VOGUE (China), Stella McCartney, Nylon Magazine, Wallpaper*, Esteé Lauders, NIKE, LEVI’S and Miss Selfridges.
Esra´s first first solo-exhibition in Norway captures the moments of passion, spontaneity and imperfections in her more personal works. All images, from A3 originals to 50x70 and A1 art prints, is for sale. Just saying..

The exhibition will be open during the weekend Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th (at 12 - 16).

byOne offers each of byHands illustrators the opportunity to do whatever their hearts desire, in our studio at Grünerløkka. For six weeks at the time our space will transform into a micro gallery space, showcasing our illustrators by turn, and whatever they’d like to show you. During the day it’s business as usual, but on the opening night (and the occasional weekend if the illustrators are up for it) we welcome in guests curious to sneak a peek.
