Oslo Runway
In early February 2016 Esra Røise got to show her talent on the runway. Not only on stage, with her illustrations featured on Veronica B. Vallenes’ AW16-collection, but also on print material for L’Oréal and Mercedes.
Oslo Runway is a brand new Norwegian fashion arena initiated by THIS IS PR in collaboration with L’Oréal, Mercedes and the Norwegian Fashion Institute (NFI). The goal has been to create a professional event for showcasing Norwegian fashion design in Norway and internationally.
For Oslo Runway, Esra made illustrations for handouts, such as notebooks and fashionary facecharts for the makeup artists from L’óreal. Totebags and decals for cars transporting the models to the show also sported Esra’s illustrations.
The beautiful AW16 collection by Veronica B. Vallnes was presented during Oslo Runway, and Esra contributed with a deconstructed leopard pattern to go with Vallenes’ beautiful plissés, wool and silk items.
